One year limited warranty

A Better Billiards Service, LLC, (hereafter “ABBS”), guarantees Ridgebackrails® against defects in workmanship or materials (excluding normal wear and tear) for a period of one year.

This Warranty applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable. Warranty claims must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. ABBS will either repair or replace any Ridgebackrails® which are proven, in ABBS’s sole discretion, to be defective.

Parts returned hereunder shall be shipped back to ABBS prepaid via a surface freight carrier approved by ABBS. If the warranty claim is made within 1 year from the date of original purchase, the freight cost will be reimbursed by ABBS for any parts proven defective; the original purchaser shall be responsible for freight costs on any warranty claims made more than 1 year after the date of original purchase.

THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR USAGE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

No other oral or statutory or implied warranties shall be applicable to ABBS, and ABBS neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for ABBS any obligation or liability in connection with said rails.

This Warranty does not apply to labor charges for removing, replacing, recovering or covering Ridgebackrails® nor for replacement billiard cloth.

This Warranty does not apply to stripped, burred, damaged or loosened t-nuts, improper installation, or to damage incurred from alterations, misuse, abuse, accident, fire, flood, earthquake, or any other natural calamity.
